- 起草验证主计划
- 执行初步风险评估(SIA)
- 定义验证范围
- 定义系统可接受标准
- 定义验证交付成果
- 2、阶段 II-设计与方案:
- 审核功能标准、设计标准及其他供应商提供的质量相关图纸和文件
- 起草需求追溯矩阵
- 实施功能风险评估
- 执行设计确认
- 审核FAT, SAT, 调试方案
- 起草IQ/OQ/PQ方案
- 3、阶段 III-确认与报告
- 见证FAT执行(包括审核测试结果)
- 见证SAT执行(包括审核测试结果)
- 执行/见证调试执行
- 执行验证方案 (FAT, SAT can be included)
- 制定验证报告
- 完成需求追溯矩阵(涵盖测试)

- Review Customer URS and Validation related SOPs, and Review all vendor supplied specification and quality documents if available
- Prepare Validation Master Plan

- Prepare IQ, OQ, PQ Protocol
- 3. Phase III-Verification & Reporting
- Witness FAT Execution
- Witness SAT Execution
- Perform/Witness Commissioning Execution
- Generate Validation Report
- Finalize RTM (Test Coverage)
- Perform Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
